Kimberly Hessler, CEO

Kimberly owns www.coloradomilitary.com a career coaching and training company dedicated to assisting military members and their families connect and become active citizens of Colorado. She is a certified Job and Career Transition Coach. She offers seminars, networking events, one-on-one coaching, resume review, salary negotiation and much more.

Kimberly is a motivational speaker focused on empowering people to follow their dreams. She has 18 years of career transition experience working with every military installation in Colorado Springs and Hawaii.

Kimberly has over 5,000 platform hours all focused on career transition. She currently facilitates the 3 day TAP Seminar at The Air Force Academy. Kimberly holds M²B networking events monthly with local military and business professionals. This venue provides networking opportunities for military members and their spouse to connect to local educational, volunteer and employment opportunities.

Kimberly is also working closely with the Center for Homeland Security to develop an Education to Career program for Homeland Defense/Homeland Security degree programs.

Kimberly is an active part of the Colorado Springs community. She is the Director of Membership for Women In Defense (WID). She is a key team member on the Military Spouse Career Committee. Kimberly facilitates the Career Tracks seminar for military spouses; a collaborative effort between the military installations in Colorado to provide career assistance to military spouses which is enjoying great success. Kimberly is passionate about military members and their families. She is a key team member working on bringing a Traumatic Brain Injury Center to Colorado Springs to provide centralized service to returning soldiers and their families. Kimberly is also a Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation (JDRF) board member and she and her family are active participants in JDRF events.
