- Colorado Military Survivors provides support to military survivor families in their local Colorado communities by managing regional bereavement programs. These programs unite military survivors in a peer support network and maintain a resource center to assist survivors in accessing military and civilian services. CMS benefits the family members of soldiers who died while serving in the United States Armed Forces, whether active duty, reserve or National Guard, and regardless of combat or non-combat related circumstances.
